Our Sea Moss is organically wild crafted in St. Lucia. When we receive it we thoroughly was it and soak it in Spring Water and Organic Key Limes before blending into our Sea Moss Gel. The recommended dose is 1-2 table spoons per day. It has the texture of apple sauce and is pretty bland in flavor. You can add your serving to a cup of tea, coffee, soup, yogurt, smoothie, have it by the spoonful or pretty much however you like!
